The Art Of Hair Protective Style Courses
The Art of Hair protective style courses where designed to teach how to do protective styles. Protective styling is not taught in regular hair school but are very commonly used styles. Some protective styles include braiding, weaves, and wigs. All of these are taught in these workshops. In 2019, I began teaching youth protective style courses so they can learn the hair business and also learn a trade that will help them create income. Covid has stopped the courses in the facility so I decided to do them virtually. The first workshop in November 2020 was a success. Participants in the Art of Hair workshops not only gain knowledge and step by step hair guides I become their mentor for as long you need me. I began working in the salon in 2001 as a braid stylist. Protective styles is what I have been doing for 20 years in 2021. Sharing my techniques, experience and hair knowledge is my purpose.
